1. Definitions & Scope

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The c666v website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has opened an account on c666v.
• "Balance" — The total of real funds and bonus funds held in your account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits granted by c666v, provided under specific conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A specified amount of money placed at risk on the outcome of a game or event.
• "Wagering" — The process of completing a required amount of bets to make bonus funds withdrawable.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the only transaction currency on this platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services on the c666v platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other gaming categories.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to use c666v's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must participate in betting and gaming activities of your own free will and in a sound mental state.

c666v may request age or identity verification documents at any time in cases of suspicion. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person — using the same name, address, mobile number, or payment account — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate cancellation of all accounts.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify c666v support immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of a corporate entity or another person is not permitted.

c666v may ask all new and existing members to complete an identity verification ("KYC") process. This process may require a copy of a national ID or passport and proof of address.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

c666v accepts transactions only through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from an MFS account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not permitted and such funds will be returned.
• After a deposit is completed, the balance is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or the account is under review.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

c666v does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your MFS provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely the member's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

c666v offers various promotional offers, each with its own applicable conditions. The currently applicable welcome bonus terms are described below:

Wagering Requirements:

• Wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds or winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus must be used within a specific time limit — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, c666v reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• c666v may modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

VIP Program Cashback Terms:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to VIP tiers depends on activity and engagement — specific turnover thresholds can be found through c666v support.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on c666v are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all members:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For sports betting, bets are accepted before the event begins. For live betting, bets can also be placed while the event is in progress.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, c666v reserves the right to void those bets.
• Slot and live casino games are governed by the rules of third-party software providers.
• Game outcomes are always determined by a server-side Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely impartial.

In the event of a dispute over a bet or game outcome, c666v's decision will be considered final. Contact the support team for dispute resolution.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c666v platform:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false information, identity fraud, or using another person's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions, or collecting bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources or using the platform for the purpose of laundering money.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits using another person's mobile wallet.
• Account Sharing: An account being operated by more than one person.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in c666v cancelling the account, confiscating all balances, and taking legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Return

c666v may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of a violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Refusal or failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Security risk or unauthorized use of the account.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance remains after account closure and no violation is proven, it will be returned through the designated process. Bonus funds are always subject to forfeiture.
